Our Story

GOECO also known as Goldsboro Office Equipment Company was founded in 1976 by Frank and Linda Drohan.  After serving in Vietnam as United States Marine, Frank came back to Goldsboro to offer a local option for at that time typewriters and adding machines sales, service and supplies.  After picking up the Canon Copier line of office equipment in the 1980's the Drohan's business took off.  GOECO was purchased in 2017 and with the other two locations in Eastern NC, Carraways Office Solutions, Greenville, NC since 1962 and Daughetys Office Equipment in Kinston, NC since 1958 can now offer multiple manufacturers of commercial copiers, printers, fax, scanners, paper shredders and folding machines.  We now offer Canon, Kyocera, Brother, Oce, Destroyit and MBM office products.

Cary has been with GOECO for 33 years and is a fixture in the Wayne County community.  Cary is our Service Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge not only about the machines but about the clients and area
